Licensed Professional Engineer with over two decades of leadership in civil and structural engineering, infrastructure development, and smart technology solutions. Dan leads Ark Strategic’s mission to advance emergency preparedness and facilities management through digital twin technology.
United States Army Veteran. Seasoned operations, security, and technology leader with nearly three decades of experience across military service, communications engineering, critical infrastructure, and advanced drone operations. Chris leads Ark Strategic’s product vision, building digital twin and security solutions for schools, government, and critical infrastructure.
As Acting Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, G. Sean Cassidy works alongside Atlas Strategic Capital to oversee the financial strategy and scaling of Ark Strategic. His experience in private credit, capital deployment, and growth-focused financial systems supports Ark’s expansion while ensuring strong financial discipline and long-term stability.
Alastair Macartney is a British Army veteran who brings strategic leadership and executive marketing experience to his role as Chief Marketing Officer at Ark Strategic. His background spanning military service, business development, and AI-driven growth systems drives Ark’s brand, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy across its digital twin and building intelligence initiatives.
United States Navy Veteran. Marc Couch serves as Ark Strategic’s Chief Technology Officer, bringing a unique combination of military discipline, entrepreneurial innovation, and enterprise-scale technical leadership. Marc’s career began as a Communications Electronics Technician aboard the USS Wasp, where he troubleshot mission-critical systems in environments where reliability matters and decisions have consequences.
Jessica Cirulli brings more than 20 years of experience in public safety, physical security, and technology leadership to Ark Strategic. Previously, she held executive leadership roles at ZeroEyes and Drift Net, helping organizations develop and implement innovative safety and threat mitigation solutions. A nationally recognized expert in school safety, emergency preparedness, grant funding, and safety and security technology, Jessica helps organizations leverage Ark’s digital twin and spatial intelligence platform to improve preparedness, strengthen resilience, and make better-informed decisions.
Brent Slawnikowski brings nearly two decades of surveying, laser scanning, and 3D modeling experience to his role as Director of Business Development for Ark Strategic. His industry knowledge, technical expertise, and network have helped position Ark Strategic as a leader in advanced reality capture and geospatial intelligence solutions.
Rhett Swanson serves as Ark Strategic’s Director of Technology, architecting and building the software platforms that power the company’s digital twin and building intelligence solutions. He is the lead developer of BlackBox, the company’s building intelligence system. His work spans full-stack engineering, multi-agent AI orchestration, and systems integration, turning advanced reality capture data into actionable operational tools for organizations at scale.
Sharyn Hamm brings over two decades of leadership experience as a principal of a full-service civil and structural engineering firm and founder of a structural mapping company serving clients across New England. Her background spans telecommunications, commercial and residential construction, strategic planning, and sustainability, giving her a rare ability to bridge technical complexity with operational clarity. At Ark Strategic, Sharyn leverages that entrepreneurial and cross-industry expertise to streamline processes, align teams, and ensure that the company’s digital twin technology is delivered with precision, consistency, and scalability.
United States Marine Corps Veteran. Elizabeth Calhoun serves as Director of Field Operations at Ark Strategic, coordinating the teams, scheduling, and logistics behind on-site capture work across the country. She brings more than seven years of service delivery management from Ericsson, where she ran multi-site telecom deployments against tight timelines, alongside a background in criminal justice and law enforcement administration. Her military service and that mix of large-scale delivery discipline and public safety grounding keep Ark’s field work predictable, accountable, and aligned with what clients need on the ground.
