Scope is physical security against terrorism/violent attack.

Who can apply
501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations at high risk of a terrorist or other extremist attack - includes faith-based/religiously affiliated schools and other nonprofit (private) schools, houses of worship, and community organizations. The applicant must own or lease the facilities. Applications are submitted through the state's designated administrative agency, not directly to FEMA. (Public K-12 school districts are generally NOT eligible - this targets nonprofit/private entities.)
